Our Chardonnay is a perfect white wine for those who love crisp, not particularly aromatic, wines. It is however a refined, elegant wine that jealously guards a broad array of olfactory perceptions ranging from apple to almond, hazelnut and pineapple through to the more floral notes of acacia blossom, rounding off with the freshness of wild mint.
Seafood and shellfish. We recommend it with a dish of spaghetti and telline (wedge clams).
