Sparkling wine Brut

Ribolla Gialla in Friuli is also synonymous with sparkling wines. A delicate and persistent bubbly, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany evenings with friends or candle-lit dinners, just like chit-chat. This is why we chose to call it PETEÇ which in Friulian means “chatter”.

Our sparkling wine is produced in autoclave using a very long Charmat method. On the nose it presents elegant hints of fruit salad and yellow peach. On the palate we find the same aromatic notes perceived by the olfactory analysis, well balanced with the acidity that gives this wine its excellent crispness, ideal for raising a toast in company.
