Our Sauvignon Blanc has an identity that is definitely Friulian with an unmistakable vegetal aroma of green pepper, fennel and thyme. A well-balanced, sophisticated white wine, and an alcohol level that is never too high. Floral hints combine with the pleasant fruity notes of grapefruit and passion fruit, along with apple and lime.
On the palate it presents an excellent freshness and persistence, extremely pleasurable.
